Try to hum a simple rhythm you heard in one of today's 'Listen' suggestions, then attempt to play it on one of your practice instruments, even if it's just the basic beat. Focus on capturing the 'feel' rather than perfect replication.

Focus on clear tone production for 'Dha', 'Dhin', and 'Na'. Practice slowly (60 BPM) for 5 minutes, then increase to 80 BPM for 5 minutes. Maintain evenness between both hands.
